Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer

KDA Consulting Inc. is a leading provider of IT solutions to the National Defense and Intelligence communities. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Systems Engineer with expertise in ServiceNow ITSM to design and develop solutions that leverage ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITBM, and Knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system engineering, with a proven track record of implementing and integrating ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our clients
  • Evaluate existing systems and propose recommendations for improvement
  • Communicate effectively with technical and managerial staff to ensure successful project delivery
  • Perform system engineering tasks to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline
  • Minimum 11 years' relevant work experience, or 9 years' experience with a Master's degree
  • Active TS/SCI + Full Scope Poly U.S. Government Security clearance
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM toolset and integrations
  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator, Implementation Specialist - ITSM, and Application Developer
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Micro Certification/CAS - Performance Analytics
  • MC Service Portal
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will be based at our client site in Herndon, VA, and will work in a professional office environment with moderate stress and noise levels.
