Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Delivery Lead to join our team at Highering LLC. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for managing complex projects, including concurrent projects and big client-specific programs. Your expertise in project management and delivery will ensure timely and successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complex projects, including concurrent projects and big client-specific programs
Develop and implement processes to ensure effective information flow and speed up delivery timelines
Collaborate with senior management and key account managers for client account management and growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

Proven track record of leadership in delivering projects within defined timelines under high pressure
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Self-starter and self-motivated, willing to put in extra time to achieve objectives and targets
Ability to work with clients and operations teams to identify and manage service improvement activities
