Job Summary:

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading our pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct pharmacy technician support staff
  • Support the management and oversight of all aspects of the pharmacy
  • Ensure patient safety and quality assurance
  • Provide excellent customer service and personnel management
  • Manage inventory and financial profitability
  • Identify and implement business opportunities to drive growth and improve performance
Requirements:
  • Active pharmacy license in the state of employment
  • Immunization certification through an accredited organization
  • No pending felony charges or convictions for controlled substances
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
