Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting of floors, staircases, and hallways to uphold cleanliness.
- Regularly empty and sanitize waste receptacles, ensuring liners are properly placed.
- Assess and select appropriate cleaning agents and tools tailored to specific cleaning needs.
- Perform routine upkeep of cleaning equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and place orders as necessary.
- Wash windows on both the interior and exterior of buildings.
- Clear snow and debris from entrances and exits to maintain safety.
- Prepare and tidy up spaces for special events or meetings.
- Identify and address cleaning challenges effectively.
Qualifications: To excel in this position, candidates must demonstrate the ability to fulfill each primary duty satisfactorily. Physical capability to push, pull, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs is essential. Strong communication skills in English and legible handwriting are required. A High School Diploma or GED, along with a valid driver's license and a clear background check, is mandatory.
