Key Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience focused on IAM (experience with SailPoint is advantageous but not mandatory).
- Ability to troubleshoot issues through robust programming, analytical problem-solving, and database querying skills.
- Experience in developing custom JDBC, RESTful, and SOAP connectors for integration with SailPoint IIQ.
Desirable Additional Skills:
- Proactively identify and address gaps or inconsistencies in existing workflows and devise effective solutions.
- Create comprehensive project plans that encompass solution summaries, project scopes, timelines, responsibility matrices, and communication strategies to ensure the smooth execution of compliance projects.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fluid and evolving environment.
