Position Overview: The Security, Risk, and Compliance team at PSE is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Senior Security Command Center Operator.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide training and mentorship to Security Command Center Operators.
  • Oversee 24/7 monitoring of all security systems reporting to the Security Command Center (SCC).
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on various physical security issues.
  • Communicate effectively through phone, text, and email across all organizational levels.
  • Manage access control tasks, including badge issuance and access modifications based on established protocols.
  • Receive and assess reports of suspicious or criminal activities.
  • Coordinate responses to security incidents with law enforcement and internal teams.
  • Make critical operational decisions in the absence of supervisory guidance.

Safety and Compliance: Uphold safety standards as per PSE's operational procedures and promote a culture of safety within the organization.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security operations center or similar environment.
  • At least 1 year of experience in training personnel in a security setting.
  • Proficient in using Windows and various applications across multiple monitors.
  • Strong communication skills in verbal and written formats.
  • Experience with access control and CCTV systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
