Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Registered Nurse to join our team of professionals dedicated to elevating the education and training of in-home caregivers, while overseeing our nursing program.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the medication administration and nursing program
  • Provide excellent training and task delegation to caregivers and CNAs
  • Assess clients with specified nursing/medication needs and care plan evaluations
  • Collaborate with clients' PCPs as needed
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon
  • Passion for training, teaching, and equipping
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent collaboration skills and team mindset
  • Strong interpersonal, discretion, and judgment skills
  • Proficiency with technology and electronic devices
  • Sense of warmth, welcome, and professionalism
