About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a vital member of our clinical services department, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with diverse communication needs.

Your Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordinated care.
  • Implement evidence-based speech therapy interventions using a variety of techniques and modalities to promote progress and enhance communication skills.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client assessments, treatment sessions, and progress notes in accordance with established standards.
  • Adhere to the highest ethical principles and professional standards in all aspects of your practice.
Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in good standing.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of speech therapy theory, procedures, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
