As a Mammography Tracking Coordinator, you will be part of a team that aligns all stakeholders - patients, providers, payors, and regulators - to achieve the best clinical outcomes. Our team focuses on dynamic cross-training and advancement opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records and track mammography results, ensuring timely communication with patients and relevant parties.
  • Follow up on undeliverable addresses and update patient information as needed.
  • Retrieve and enter pathology reports for abnormal mammography exams.
  • Support non-located call-backs to retrieve mammography files and maintain accurate records.
  • Enter and update necessary information into the Mammography Tracking System, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Demonstrate competency in safeguarding patient property and Patient Health Information (PHI).
  • Ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures regarding on-site medications.
  • Exhibit professional behavior and respect company property, including cash and patient financial information.
  • Show empathy and diplomacy when interacting with patients, families, and the public in a clinical setting.

  • Genuine passion for customer service and ability to remain professional in challenging situations.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, vendors, and referring physicians.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
