About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Vice President of Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition and growth across our embedded lending and direct-to-consumer strategies, as well as our investor marketplace.

You will lead a team of marketing professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that incorporate earned, paid, social, and content marketing. Your goal will be to drive significant customer acquisition and growth, while also deepening our brand presence across various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition and growth across our embedded lending and direct-to-consumer strategies, as well as our investor marketplace.
  2. Lead a team of marketing professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  3. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with core business objectives.
  4. Provide regular reporting on campaign metrics and facilitate the exchange of information across the organization.
  5. Assist in the development of customer profiles and propensity models to bolster acquisition and retention efforts.
  6. Oversee the performance marketing and business-to-business marketing units to optimize marketing efforts and achieve targeted volume at budgeted cost per acquisition (CPA).
Requirements

We are looking for a highly experienced marketing professional with a proven track record in a similar role, particularly within the fintech or technology industry. You should have a strong understanding of marketing strategy, campaign development, and team leadership.

Key qualifications include:

  • Minimum of 10+ years of marketing management experience.
  • Proven track record of success in campaign development, strategic content planning, audience engagement, and leveraging various platforms to hit ambitious targets.
  • Ability to design compelling content and journeys based on market segment and customer demographics to increase top-of-funnel volume and conversion to maximize loan growth.
  • Assertive and action-oriented leader adept at prioritizing pivotal initiatives and catalyzing customer adoption of our offerings.
  • Compelling storyteller with a talent for effectively communicating across diverse audiences globally.
  • Ability to clearly articulate and execute marketing strategy, including vision and strategy at the Board level, with the added capability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences through effective communication.
