Key Responsibilities- Accurately palletize cottage cheese or yogurt products
- Ensure correct case packing and pallet configuration
- Verify case coding and labeling
- Generate license plates using the WMS.LOGPRO system
- Input production data into the BPCS system
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support SQF by maintaining food safety and quality standards
- Assist with palletizing on other production lines as needed
- Work overtime as required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory management systems
