Manpower Inc is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our production team in Gray, Maine. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing floor, ensuring efficient production processes and high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor production schedules and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize productivity
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including production statistics and quality control metrics
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of recent supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven leadership skills, with experience managing teams and developing employees
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and safety protocols, with knowledge of regulatory requirements
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders
