Job Overview
Barrington James seeks a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead our NPI teams in delivering high-profile projects on time, within budget, and aligned with customer expectations. This role requires a strong leader who can oversee cross-functional teams and guide projects from development through production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Sales to prepare project estimates and proposals that meet customer needs.
  • Manage client relationships and internal timelines effectively.
  • Develop comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and plans that ensure success.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
  • Monitor risks and issues, providing timely solutions and escalating when necessary.
  • Mentor team members and improve internal processes to drive efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience managing large-scale projects with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities to drive results and build relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Project for scheduling and budgeting, as well as knowledge of FDA/ISO 13485 standards for medical products.

What We Offer:
A competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and professional development.
