Global Dimensions is a dynamic and expanding company with exciting opportunities in language/culture, training/education/instruction, IT, cyber security, and intelligence. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Program Manager II to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, providing, and overseeing all training programs in support of our contract. As the senior training manager, you will act as the single point of contact on all matters pertaining to training and provide senior advisory support to the Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage training programs to meet contract requirements
- Provide training and support to employees and clients
- Oversee training operations and ensure compliance with government policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a complex environment
Requirements:
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and 5-10 years of related experience
- Experience working OCONUS (Africa) and/or on AFRICAP or ACOTA programs is highly desirable
- PMP desired
- Knowledge of Government policies and procedures
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
