  • Optimize office and administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity

  • Develop and implement administrative standards and procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and relationship management software
  • Previous dispatching and construction experience a plus
