We are seeking a detail-oriented People Analytics Officer to join our team at Careers@Gov. In this role, you will be responsible for providing critical support in managing HR data, generating reports, and assisting in data analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Collect, compile, and validate HR data from various sources, including HR systems, data files, and employee surveys.
- Prepare and generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards using data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) to support HR operations and decision-making.
- Support the analytics team to perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to employee demographics, recruitment, retention, performance, and other HR metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations (e.g. PDPA) and internal data access controls for all data management activities.
- Assist in the development of a HR data warehouse and preparation of data for the warehouse.
- Respond to requests for personnel data and attend to various surveys, including engaging stakeholders to understand data requirements.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in HR data reporting or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using Workday and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
- Knowledge of HR processes and regulations is a plus.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) and statistical software (e.g. R, Python) will be an advantage.
