Job Summary

This is a challenging role that requires a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing commodities and services to support production requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and execute cost-saving opportunities, implement sourcing strategies, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet business requirements
• Analyze complex data to identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate with suppliers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth procurement processes
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in procurement or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
