We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist to join our team at RN-Staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing the Cath Lab for Cardiac Cath Lab procedures, assessing and fulfilling patient needs, and performing hemodynamic and control room duties.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare the Cath Lab for Cardiac Cath Lab procedures according to standard operating procedures.
- Assess and fulfill patient needs, including performing hemodynamic and control room duties.
- Correlate the analysis of invasive and non-invasive tests to recognize the need for additional intervention and report pertinent findings to the physician.
- Perform stress tests and practice radiation safety to protect both staff members and patients.
- Transport patients and perform other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.
The ideal candidate will possess a North Dakota Medical Imaging License within 12 months of start date, a Cardiovascular Technologist - Registered certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International within 24 months of start date, and Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications from the American Heart Association within 90 days of start date.
