Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cardiology - Noninvasive Physician to join our team at CommonSpirit Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the advancement of healthcare in our community.

Responsibilities

  • Patient Care
    • Diagnose and treat various medical conditions, including cardiovascular diseases.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
    • Conduct thorough medical examinations and histories to inform diagnosis and treatment.
  • Communication
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
    • Provide clear and concise medical information to patients and families.
    • Foster a collaborative and patient-centered approach to healthcare.
  • Documentation
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records to ensure continuity of care.
    • Document medical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans to inform future care.
    • Ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations to optimize reimbursement.
  • Diagnostic Procedures
    • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging, to inform diagnosis and treatment.
    • Perform procedures as needed to diagnose and treat cardiovascular diseases.
    • Collaborate with specialists for further diagnostic evaluation and treatment.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
    • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case discussions to inform care decisions.
    • Provide consultative services to other healthcare providers to optimize patient care.
  • Quality Improvement
    • Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
    • Review and analyze clinical outcomes to inform quality improvement initiatives.
    • Implement changes to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Compliance
    • Adhere to ethical and legal standards in medical practice to ensure compliance.
    • Stay informed about healthcare regulations and compliance requirements to optimize practice.
    • Participate in quality audits to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Continuous Learning
    • Stay abreast of medical advancements and best practices to optimize patient care.
    • Participate in ongoing medical education and training to enhance clinical skills.
    • Contribute to the development of clinical protocols and guidelines to inform practice.
Qualifications

  • American Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology
  • A valid and unrestricted state medical license or license-eligible
Pay Range
$284.66 - $298.89 /hour
