Job Summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Budget Analyst to provide expert-level support to the Army INSCOM program at a secure facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing budget allocations, identifying gaps in information, and developing strategic recommendations to optimize financial planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide senior-level SME support to INSCOM staff to review budget allocations and their alignment to command priorities and operational requirements.
  • Identify and rectify gaps in information, determine best analytical approaches for projects, and review and recommend resulting conclusions.
  • Maintain financial, budgetary, and accounting data in Army standard databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in resolving problems and responding to requests for information related to civilian resource management.
  • Prepare draft briefings in electronic format and provide senior-level SME support in the research, analysis, and preparation of current year budget execution reports.
  • Contribute to current year budget execution reporting and resource allocation, including UFRs and Associate level and DTS/GTC tasks as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Required General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) experience and completed Fiscal Law, Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Execution (PPBE) or complete Fiscal Law and PPBE courses within 120 days of arrival.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Management, or related field.
  • 10 years DoD financial management experience within Intelligence Community.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates.
