Our expectations include a modest 35 billable hours per week, with the potential for quarterly bonuses for additional hours worked. Position Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in court, advocating for motions during legal proceedings.
  • Guide and mentor associate attorneys and paralegals to effectively resolve or avert conflicts.
  • Draft and prepare essential legal documents, including pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery requests/responses.
  • Remain informed about evolving laws and regulations at local, state, and federal levels.
  • Conduct thorough research and draft briefs, pleadings, and motions.
  • Prepare for and attend trials, mediations, and arbitrations on behalf of clients.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a senior attorney, with 7 to 10 years since passing the bar exam.
  • Ability to work independently while managing a significant caseload.
  • A four-year bachelor's degree and successful completion of law school from an accredited institution.
  • Prior experience advocating for clients in trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
