KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enhance and maintain our automated Continuous Integration testing framework.
- Analyze requirements and designs to develop automated test cases.
- Create scripts and code to automatically test various components of our system, increasing overall code coverage.
- Collaborate closely with team members to provide insights on the testability of features and designs.
- Ensure the quality of product releases prior to production.
- Evaluate automated tests developed by engineering teams to guarantee comprehensive coverage.
- Investigate and implement new technologies to continuously enhance our testing infrastructure and processes.
- Take responsibility for monitoring product development and usage, focusing on improving product quality.
You are a decisive individual who can make informed choices even when faced with incomplete information. You are persistent in achieving your goals despite challenges and are adept at identifying opportunities that enhance customer satisfaction. You collaborate effectively with others to accomplish tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a software engineering testing environment.
- Proficiency in C/C++/C# programming languages.
- Familiarity with Microsoft batch programming and/or Windows command shell.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Understanding of embedded real-time software testing.
- Knowledge of Industrial Controls, particularly PLCs.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies, including writing test plans, crafting test cases, and debugging.
- Experience with regular expressions.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel plug-ins.
- Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo, etc.).
- Understanding of industrial network protocols (e.g., OPC UA, Modbus).
- Experience with Ethernet networking protocols.
