Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer in Test to join our team at Emerson. As a key member of our automation team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated tests for our controls products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automated tests for our controls products
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality of production product releases
  • Monitor product development and usage to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and debugging techniques

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering (or similar)
  • Experience in software engineering test environment
  • Proficiency in programming languages like C/C++, C#, Python
  • Experience with Test Automation Frameworks like NUnit, VSTest, TestNG or PyTest
  • Proficiency in Version Control Systems like Git, SVN, or GitLab
