Overview:

Position Summary:


An Independent Retail Merchandising Specialist collaborates with various clients of Winston to enhance their in-store visibility through strategic visual merchandising initiatives.

The primary emphasis will be on product arrangement, restocking, and maintaining displays in accordance with visual guidelines. This role may involve working autonomously or as part of a collaborative team, depending on project requirements. It is a project-oriented position with variable hours influenced by geographic and market demands.

Compensation:
$16-18/hour (Compensation is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, the specific role, location, qualifications, and experience)

Qualifications:

Experience/Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience in retail merchandising

Ability to operate independently, efficiently, and in a timely manner

Strong communication skills with store personnel and through reporting

Proficient with technology, including smartphones, applications, and online platforms

Physically capable of lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods
