Your Impact:
As a café associate, you will:

  • Ensure high-quality products are fresh, available, and ready for our members.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization, monitoring temperature controls and expiration dates, and disposing of subpar food items.
  • Prepare and serve ready-to-eat meals.
  • Keep a clean, sanitized, and member-ready workspace.

Team Collaboration:
Stay informed about product specifications related to prepared food items; collaborate with cross-functional teams; educate fellow associates on tools and tasks; communicate effectively with team members; and remain flexible to business needs.

Expertise in Food Preparation:
Prepare food according to specifications; plan for future production; adhere to food safety and sanitation standards; maintain equipment; and demonstrate an understanding of product execution.

Technology Utilization:
Utilize digital tools to enhance sales, improve the shopping experience, and boost associate engagement; leverage handheld technology for immediate decision-making regarding production and product quality.

Ownership of Responsibilities:
Drive performance in the café area; manage stock and merchandise; ensure quality standards; assist members with their needs; and resolve any issues that arise.

Brand Advocacy:
Act as a brand ambassador; inspire and influence others in a respectful and supportive manner; adhere to company policies and ethical standards; and collaborate effectively with managers and co-workers.

Minimum Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older. Successful completion of all required training and assessments is necessary for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in food service and food handler certification is a plus.
