Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our guests
  • Lead shifts and perform limited executive functions, including inventory management and handling deposits
  • Act as a coach and role model for the shop team and be an expert in all on-the-line operations and service functions
  • Report directly into a Shopkeeper or Shopkeeper Apprentice and receive specialized training on Daily Operation functions
  • Communicate effectively with leadership and ensure shifts run smoothly
