Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a minimum of 10 years of experience in an Enterprise Architect role or equivalent
  • Demonstrated career progression with increasing responsibilities
  • Extensive technical expertise in cloud computing, virtualization, client/server architectures, service-oriented architecture (SOA), software development, data management, networking, and emerging technologies

  • Experience in developing and implementing Enterprise Architecture frameworks, roadmaps, and principles

  • Establish and refine standards for system and data security, quality, and production infrastructure
  • Provide guidance and education to architects and engineers on the architecture framework
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key business leaders to understand their challenges and how technology can address them
  • Encourage a collaborative culture among architects and engineers to ensure design decisions align with business objectives and architectural strategies
  • Develop processes to promote adherence to technology and security standards
  • Lead governance groups to oversee planning and design processes
  • Drive technical modernization and application rationalization efforts to enhance efficiency and reduce technology complexity
