We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to join our team at BayMark Health Services. As a Medical Director, you will play a critical role in providing medical leadership and direction to our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:- Admit patients for methadone and buprenorphine treatment, conducting thorough history and physical exams.
- Document patient information and orders in our electronic medical record system.
- Collaborate with treatment center directors, counselors, and dosing nurses to monitor patient dosages and provide high-quality care.
- Consult on high-risk patients and conduct annual medication reviews.
- Perform other related duties as determined by supervisor.
- Board certification in Addiction Medicine is required.
- At least 6 months of experience in Addiction Medicine.
- Medicaid and Medicare provider status.
- Licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
