Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students on your educational caseload.
- Provide daily written plans based on curriculum, core/state standards, and IEP goals.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to provide comprehensive support to students.
- Utilize crisis intervention and verbal de-escalation techniques to manage challenging behaviors.
- Special Education Teacher Certification in Type 10 LBS I Limited or Unlimited required.
- Bachelor's degree in Education preferred.
- Teaching experience in a special education setting preferred.
