Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Tray Pack Cooler Attendant/Forklift Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting and relocating product from base to established destination(s) and ensuring inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or dollies to move stock or reorganize product.
  • Work closely with production to ensure product is taken to and from production in a timely manner.
  • Count, weigh, and/or measure incoming or outgoing items to compare identifying information.
  • Responsible for all product and materials within assigned work area – this includes, but is not limited to, inventory levels, product location, warehousing, and proper product rotation.
  • Inspect forklifts daily to ensure proper and safe operation.
  • Follow instructions to ascertain raw materials and other materials needed for daily production.
  • Ensure production personnel obtain needed supplies and materials in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Skilled in operating a forklift or other material handling equipment preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and within a team-based environment.
  • Utilize safe operating skills.
  • Follow all company safety policy/procedure/rule/regulation.
  • Ability to become PIT Certified required.
