School Psychologist

We are seeking highly skilled School Psychologists to join our team at Soliant.

Job Summary

Soliant is currently hiring for three full-time School Psychologist positions. These roles will involve working onsite with elementary students, providing psychological services to support their emotional and academic development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student needs and develop strategies for improvement.
• Provide individual and group counseling to support students' mental health and well-being.
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to develop and implement interventions and accommodations.
• Assist in creating and monitoring Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Offer crisis intervention as needed and help develop behavioral plans for students.
• Provide consultation and training to school staff on student mental health, behavior management, and academic support.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports for assessments, counseling sessions, and student progress.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
• Active state licensure as a School Psychologist in Connecticut.
• Experience working with elementary-aged students, particularly in a school setting, is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Estimated Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on location and experience.
