Compensation: The salary for this position ranges from $45,000 to $50,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with clients—logging incoming inquiries using tracking software and processing orders.
  • Diagnose and offer expert solutions to ensure client satisfaction while minimizing disruptions to their operations.
  • Investigate, resolve, and respond to complex inquiries.
  • Determine appropriate actions to address client issues and coordinate internal and external resolutions.
  • Escalate cases to the relevant personnel within the Customer Service team.
  • Maintain awareness of service-related issues and their implications.
  • Continuously acquire and expand knowledge of relevant products, support policies, and delivery methods to provide accurate solutions.
  • Participate in initiatives that enhance the quality and efficiency of the Customer Service department and the organization as a whole.
  • Assist in developing, defining, and communicating technical service policies related to product support.
  • Set a high standard for customer support and professionalism.
  • Contribute to the review and enhancement of Customer Service processes and procedures.
  • Communicate with clients as directed by management.
  • Initiate collaboration with other departments as necessary to resolve and close client cases.
  • Attend product strategy meetings and provide relevant insights as needed.
  • Process returns for warranty and non-warranty items.
  • Travel as needed to provide on-site support, including troubleshooting, repairs, testing, and training.
  • Proactively reach out to clients to enhance satisfaction and address their concerns.
  • Responsible for driving customer service sales.

Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience in basic electronics.
  • Proficient in using multimeters to measure AC and DC voltage.
  • Able to interpret schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Minimum of three years in Customer Service or Technical Support roles.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are essential.
  • Preferred experience in technical or manufacturing environments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A self-motivated individual with strong self-management capabilities.
  • Experience with Linux (Debian) and networking protocols (SNMP, UDP, TCP, SSH, SCP) is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in Electro-Mechanical Systems.
  • Technical sales experience is a plus.
