Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish, ensuring that all customers receive accurate and timely information about their purchases.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and customers to resolve any issues related to parts status, pricing, or availability.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Pull and fill orders from stock, ensuring that all parts are accurately inventoried and delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  • Locate parts from outside sources, working closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure that all parts are available and delivered to customers as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a retail or wholesale parts department.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • General PC knowledge and ability to learn new software applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Able to read and comprehend documents, such as instructions and technical manuals.
  • Possess a clean driving record and valid driver's license.
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
