Key Responsibilities
  • Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
  • Manage the team's schedule and drive safely, if assigned as a team lead.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure the car is loaded with the necessary cleaning supplies.
Requirements
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7:45am to 5:30pm.
  • Bilingual preferred, must be able to communicate with clients.
Benefits
  • Earn paid time off up to 6 days per year.
  • Earn one day of paid time off for every 8 weeks worked.
  • Enjoy paid holidays when we have to close for a holiday.
Compensation

The pay range for this job averages $14.00 to $18.00 an hour, dependent on your experience, quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as a professional house cleaner. You can also earn tips and have the opportunity to advance in your career.
