As a key member of the Digital Identity Services division, you will be tasked with ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional Customer Security Experience.

This role in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) will necessitate your dedication to prioritizing and delivering security and identity solutions that empower and support both our consumer and commercial clientele.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Overseeing and sustaining the strategic platform delivery while supporting a continuous integration and continuous deployment (CICD) model to enhance the development, deployment, and testing of various software baselines.
  • Engaging in the escalation of customer and application challenges with teams integrating our identity and security solutions.
  • Promoting standardized deployment patterns for lifecycle and access management, single sign-on, adaptive risk orchestration, and multi-factor authentication.
  • Evaluating emerging Digital Identity technologies to identify where they address gaps, overlap with existing solutions, or enhance capabilities.
  • Delivering Agile method-driven outcomes for the Citizens Digital Identity Services team.
  • Offering security and identity services that enable business operations while ensuring the highest levels of service and support without compromising a robust risk posture.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Location is flexible for this position, and while we prefer candidates with onsite capabilities, we are open to remote employment within the United States for qualified individuals.

**Preferred Skills/Experience:**
  • 5 years of experience in IAM, Risk, and security-related fields.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Terraform, Octopus Deploy, Ansible, Jenkins, Git, BitBucket, Jira, Basecamp, VScode, Commander Client, and Lambda.
  • Proven experience in delivering and supporting IAM security with a solid understanding of industry best practices.
  • Experience in providing customer-centric identity capabilities including single sign-on, multifactor authentication, OpenID Connect/OAuth, and LDAP.
  • Knowledge of orchestration and decision technologies (e.g., Transmit Security, Singular Key) along with modern threat/risk engines (e.g., SecuredTouch, ThreatMetrix, BioCatch).
  • Experience in implementing and supporting cloud identity solutions.
  • Demonstrated service and delivery capability with a focus on enhancing customer experience.
  • Proven ability to manage complex risk issues in a technology environment and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Understanding of ITIL and IT service management frameworks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex activities simultaneously with rapid delivery.
  • Experience with cloud providers, preferably AWS or Azure.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux/UNIX, with automation (scripting) being a plus.
  • Familiarity with supporting customers in an Agile environment is advantageous.
**Preferred Education, Certifications, and Other Professional Credentials:**
  • BA/BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CIDPRO, CEH, CRISC, or others, along with knowledge of ISO, NIST, or FFIEC guidance preferred.

Pay Transparency:

The salary range for this position is $119,600 - $179,400 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to work location, relevant skills, and experience.
