Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Lead to drive the technical evolution of the Distributed Common Ground System - Navy (DCGS-N) program using modern Agile methodologies in a DevSecOps environment.

The successful candidate will oversee engineering, integration, and deployment of the DCGS-N system, as well as conduct systems requirements analysis, architecture design, system testing, and quality assurance.

A key responsibility is managing the overall work effort and products of the engineering staff. Some travel and shipboard visits will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical evolution of the DCGS-N system
  • Conduct systems requirements analysis, architecture design, system testing, and quality assurance
  • Manage the overall work effort and products of the engineering staff
  • Provide support to business development and proposal development

Estimate Salary Range: $122,200.00 - $220,900.00 per year
