The Leidos Digital Modernization Sector is seeking a highly experienced Technical Accelerator Lead to join our team in Multiple Locations. This exciting opportunity will leverage your expertise in helping the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Enterprise Development, Application, and Training (EDAT) mission.

We are focused on providing innovative, data-driven solutions and enterprise architecture enhancements to enable seamless operations across USSOCOM's global network. The program emphasizes rapid development and deployment of technologies to enhance the mobility and readiness of Special Operations Forces (SOF) in both combat and non-combat scenarios.

As a Technical Accelerator Lead, you will be responsible for program management, application development, training support, and technology integration to maintain USSOCOM's operational edge. You will also lead the integration of cutting-edge tools and methodologies into existing systems to modernize and future-proof capabilities within the SOF Information Environment (SIE).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level guidance and strategic oversight for domain-specific initiatives.
  • Develop strategies to drive innovation, streamline operations, and accelerate progress across technical domains.
  • Identify and assess emerging technologies relevant to the EDAT program, recommending solutions to enhance USSOCOM's operational capabilities.
  • Lead the integration of cutting-edge tools and methodologies into existing systems.
  • Proactively identify risks, challenges, and opportunities within domain-specific areas.
  • Develop and implement mitigation strategies and solutions to address complex technical and operational challenges.
  • Serve as a mentor to cross-functional teams, providing technical expertise, fostering collaboration, and promoting knowledge sharing across the project.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and senior leadership, ensuring alignment with program goals and mission requirements.
  • Track and evaluate the progress of domain-specific initiatives, ensuring that deliverables meet scope, quality, and security requirements.
