The Photo Stylist will collaborate with a talented team to deliver digital strategy in support of Bass Pro and its subsidiaries. Working closely with the Creative team, this role will design, style, and compose products for BPS catalogs, tabs, and website projects. The ideal candidate will possess a broad understanding of the Bass Pro Shops/Cabela's brand and customers, with a keen eye for detail and innovative styling practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Partner with the Creative team to develop visually appealing products for digital platforms.
  • Execute styling practices such as Editorial Flat Lays, Lifestyle, Home Sets, Pinning, and Mannequin Form.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive brand and quality standards for photography.
  • Work with a diverse group of individuals, including Photographers, Stylists, and Art Directors.
  • Drive styling for studio and location shoots, overseeing Jr. Stylists when necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum Degree Required: BS/BA
  • Strong attention to detail, innovative thinking, and ability to meet project timelines.
  • Proven coordination and organizational skills, with a broad knowledge of MS Office tools.
  • Must provide a portfolio of previous work.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
  • 40% on location
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Regularly performs computer work and sits.
  • Lifts up to 50lbs.
  • Extended walking and standing on uneven terrain.
INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:
  • Performs tasks and duties under general supervision, using established procedures and innovation.
