Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning & Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, and coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to define project requirements and objectives.
  • Team Management: Supervise and lead project teams, including glass installers, subcontractors, and suppliers, and conduct regular team meetings to review project progress, address issues, and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Budget & Cost Management: Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints, and negotiate contracts and manage procurement of materials and services.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all glazing work meets industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications, and conduct inspections and oversee quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of workmanship.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on project status, and address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5 plus years experience as a Project manager.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the glass glazing or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of glazing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
