At Puttshack, we're looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team. This is a full-time on-site position that requires the ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage back-office procedures and administrative systems
  • Process payroll tasks, including reconciling time & attendance and verifying hours
  • Support Associates with HR-related questions and concerns
  • Daily revenue reconciliation and cash deposit activity
  • Guest Experience functions, including interacting with Guests via telephone, email, and social media
  • Research credit card disputes and process refunds
  • Partner with the Director of Operations and Support Center to ensure policies and procedures are followed

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or 5+ years of food & beverage or entertainment venue industry experience and experience in an Office Manager / Admin role
  • 2+ years of experience in Payroll or HR support function
  • Highly organized with strong ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work independently
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail
