KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Interaction:
  • Warmly welcomes guests and members, providing immediate assistance.
  • Handles incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Implements proper check-in protocols for members.
  • Addresses member inquiries, requests, and concerns effectively, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Maintains records related to maintenance, fitness profiles, and group fitness bookings.
  • Reports any unsafe conditions or emergencies to management promptly.

Operational Duties:
  • Ensures the front desk and lobby areas are clean and organized at all times.
  • Monitors retail performance and works towards achieving set goals.
  • Contacts members regarding overdue payments in collaboration with Front Desk Representatives.
  • Collaborates with maintenance and cleaning staff to resolve any facility issues swiftly.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Skills and Abilities:
  • Must exhibit a vibrant and friendly demeanor with a positive outlook.
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including telephone etiquette.
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to customer service, professionalism, and diplomacy.
  • Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions accurately.
  • Capable of multitasking while maintaining attention to detail.

Education and Certifications:
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Current CPR/AED certification is necessary.
