Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Observe and report on activity at assigned locations, including any suspicious behavior or incidents.
  • Respond quickly and effectively in critical situations, prioritizing the safety and security of clients and staff.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on incidents and activities, using clear and concise language.
  • Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent (GED)
  • Ability to pass an extensive screening process
  • Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience preferred
  • Unarmed Security License required
