ASRC Federal is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Supervisor to lead our team of HVAC Service Technicians and Plumbers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC operations and management, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective workforce schedules for planned maintenance and service calls.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to HVAC technicians, sales teams, and project estimators.
- Conduct site visits to train, provide feedback, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Coordinate the maintenance of company vehicles and oversee labor reporting to customers.
- Review and analyze labor, materials, and notes for completed work orders.
- Examine project plans, specifications, and documentation for proposal preparation.
- Develop and manage HVAC project estimates, bids, and proposals.
- Secure necessary permits and approvals from local authorities.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce safety guidelines.
- Monitor job progress and discuss outcomes with the leadership team.
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise and support to customers.
- Foster and maintain professional relationships with customers, employees, and vendors.
- Conduct annual performance evaluations of assigned personnel.
Requirements:
- High school or college graduate, or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of management experience.
- 3 years of experience in the HVAC field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Team player with a motivated and accountable mindset.
- Change agent with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Valid State Driver's License and clean driving record.
- US Citizenship and active Secret clearance.
- Ability to pass a government-issued background investigation.
Tools and Technology:
- Certified HVAC Technician.
