Carpenter Position

Job Summary:
The Middlesex Corporation is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling concrete forming systems, according to blueprints and specifications, for forming concrete structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comply with and promote all Safety policies and procedures, including reporting accidents, incidents, and near-misses.
- Construct, erect, install, and repair structures, scaffolding, and framework using hand and power tools.
- Interpret blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine dimensions and material requirements.
- Operate and maintain power equipment, such as concrete pumps and leveling tools.
- Secure and store tools, equipment, and materials at the end of each workday.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Heavy Civil Construction.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Knowledge of concrete forming systems, concrete placement, and rebar installation.
- Experience with leveling tools, such as laser levels and transits.
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to different personalities and management styles.
