Carpenter Position

The Middlesex Corporation is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling concrete forming systems, according to blueprints and specifications, for forming concrete structures.
Responsibilities- Ensure adherence to our Number One Core Value – Safety first, in everything we do, by complying with and actively promoting all Safety policies and procedures.
- Construct, erect, install, and repair structures, scaffolding, and framework using hand and power tools.
- Interpret blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine dimensions and type of material required.
- Maintain knowledge of using and maintaining power equipment required to fulfill job duties.
- Secure and put away all tools, equipment, and materials at the end of each work day.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in Heavy Civil Construction.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Knowledge of assembly/disassembly of heavy form systems.
- Experience with leveling tools such as laser levels and transits.
- Ability to manage a team in an efficient and effective manner.
