Post Consumer Brands is seeking a highly skilled Quality and Food Safety Supervisor to join our team in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor production activities and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Implement safety protocols and lead a team of quality control technicians to maintain the integrity and safety of pet food products.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address quality issues and provide training on food safety practices.
  • Develop and implement quality systems and processes to ensure compliance with corporate and legal standards.
  • Investigate and report customer and vendor complaints, and conduct finished product holds to ensure quality standards are met.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as food science, chemistry, or microbiology.
  • 3 years of quality experience, with prior experience in managing people and/or teams in a high-performance work environment.
  • Excellent organizational and trouble-shooting skills, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with a commitment to quality and safety.
