We are a leading provider of technology solutions for the public sector, and our Property and Recording division is growing rapidly. We're seeking a motivated and experienced Residential Appraisal Supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of residential data collectors and ensure the accuracy and quality of property data reports.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of team members.
• Perform quality assurance checks on completed property data reports.
• Manage schedules, payroll approval, and production reports.
• Ensure production standards for quality and quantity comply with project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Three years or more experience as a residential review appraiser or certified property assessor.
• Practitioner - Tax Assessor or Appraiser
• Excellent analytical ability
• Spatial ability to read maps and locate a physical location on a map
• Ability to visualize floor plan footprints based on three-dimensional buildings
• Good math skills to calculate square footage, ratios, and similar functions
• Working knowledge of a CAMA system
• General PC skills including knowledge of MS Word and Excel, or other equivalents, are desirable
• Must be able to provide reliable transportation, carry full insurance on vehicle and have valid driver's license.
