Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Merchandise Management: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and ensuring that all products are properly displayed.
  • Sales Support: Assist customers with purchases, process transactions, and maintain a high level of sales knowledge to make recommendations and drive sales.
  • Store Recovery: Participate in store recovery efforts, including unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, and maintaining store standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive store environment, and support company initiatives.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or sales.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Retail Experience: Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
  • Knowledge of Retail Systems: Familiarity with retail systems, including point-of-sale and inventory management software.
