We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita, a leading provider of dialysis care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise as a Registered Nurse. You will work closely with our experienced team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care and support.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care and support to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis machines.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote healthy lifestyle choices and disease management.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
  • Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) may be beneficial.
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification may be advantageous.
