Job Title: Mid Level Systems Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mid Level Systems Analyst to join our team at Dynamics ATS Organic. The successful candidate will provide technical support to the Wideband C-SSEs, requiring extensive interaction with various international partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide transmissions management and network management of Wideband SATCOM Operational Management System (WSOMS) and other MILSATCOM C2 programs.
  • Serve as a technical consultant for transmissions management and control in the Super High Frequency (SHF) functional area.
  • Develop and coordinate policy and plans for the WGS, GBS, and DSCS programs, considering systems architecture, interoperability, interfaces, protocols, networking, expansion potential, and overall end-to-end compatibility.
  • Participate in various Department of Defense (DoD), Joint, and MILDEP planning and working groups.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and recommend solutions to future communications and automation operational challenges.
  • Utilize knowledge of satellite communications systems and their relationships to other telecommunications networks.
  • Provide technical and operational planning, system configuration, and operational mission support.
  • Develop, prepare, and coordinate wideband satellite communications and related information systems plans defining concepts, programmatic, and system initiatives.
  • Develop technical and management comments reflecting the command position with respect to Army and joint actions, interface with other command and higher authority.
  • Review and comment on government documents resulting from these evaluations, including factors such as feasibility, technical adequacy, interoperability, and integration into current systems and future planning.
  • Provide lessons learned to Materiel Developer and Combat Developer and ensure MILSATCOM and related information systems employment adheres to Army and USSPACECOM doctrine.
  • Assist in managing Wideband SATCOM ground segment for transition to current/future satellites through concept, development, testing, procurement, production, and fielding.
  • Ensure that developmental tactical automation systems are interoperable with and integrated into tactical communications equipment and are designed to meet user requirements, overall military specifications, and budgetary constraints.
  • Define, integrate, and implement strategic direction for Wideband programs having long-term effects.
  • Develop and present briefings to convey strategic vision or organizational policies.
  • Recommend decisions and policies in planning for new Wideband SATCOM program requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Department of Defense (DOD) SATCOM.
  • Bachelor of Science degree or higher.
  • Proficiency in SATCOM principles, technical analysis, and problem-solving.
  • TS with SCI eligibility.
  • United States citizenship.
